天朝最常用的是庭外和解 大事化小 小事化无 和几千年来的文化流传有关 纯法家在中国走不通的 刑不上大夫 天朝自古就是官僚主义占上风 这一点短时间内根本不能解决 何况一直宣扬以法治国 但是实质还是以儒治国 法律也是人定的规则 多少都会有疏漏 这一点是很正常的 人不可能完美 作为律师本身 他需要的只是相信委托人 无论是为了名声还是金钱 你接了这宗案子代表的就是当事人的利益 除非你明知对方确实做出了犯罪事实 否则我觉得无论在法庭上用的手段多么过火 在道德上不应该受到谴责~~
