龟头不露出不正常？

我想请问下狼友们平时龟头有露出么？我的同学都说自己的平时都露出来..
可是我勃起的时候是露出来的吖（全部）..他们都说我包皮过长..怎么办..我好困惑..
高手快救救我..对身体有影响么？需要实施什么措施么？
